The Art
Kali Combat System is a powerful warrior art designed for the street and real-life self-defense situations. It is an integrated fighting system that uses the battle-tested Filipino martial art of Kali as its foundation, guided by the philosophy, concepts, and methods of Bruce Lee’s adaptable universal art of Jeet Kune Do. Our system is further enhanced with techniques from other martial arts, as needed, to provide a comprehensive and effective approach to combat.
Our Kali Combat System is functional, realistic, and perfectly suited for today’s modern environment. It is “MMA for the street and real life,” focused on practical self-defense and functional, non-sport applications for real-world situations.
Curriculum
Our curriculum seamlessly integrates the powerful arts of Kali and Jeet Kune Do into a cohesive combat system, enhanced with elements from other martial arts as needed. The emphasis is on realistic, effective fighting applications and practical self-defense. It blends proven warrior arts with modern teaching and training methods, ensuring optimal skill development.
Learning
No experience necessary! You do not need to be in top physical condition to get started. You will learn striking and grappling - both stand up and ground - as well as weapon fighting and defense in all ranges of combat. The training is done in a safe, controlled, and fun environment, with consideration for age, physical condition, and skill level. If you are willing to learn, we will teach you.

But it is more than just getting empowered with combat and self-defense skills. Objective
The main objective of the art is to develop the student into a well-rounded disciplined fighter in all ranges of combat, in striking and grappling, standup and ground, as well as weapon fighting and defense. In addition, provide a framework for leading a positive way of life while following a true traditional warrior path that will lead to enlightenment in the mind, uplifting of the spirit, health in the body, and honesty in the heart.
Additional Programs
In addition to martial arts training, we offer ongoing Tai Chi classes focused on health and fitness. Private training sessions are also available, subject to Sifu’s approval and availability.
